Q. How much is training?
Key features are explained in our excellent training videos available free of cost. In-person training is available for a fee . Our instruction manual is extensive and lucid. Telephone support for 30 days is free.
Q. How can I get a demo?
We provide video and on-line demos via the Internet at www.dentellect.com. We also will send you a fully functional Dentellect program disk for evaluation.
Q. How much is the cost of software & support?
Please contact us for details of costs of software and extended support agreements. The first 30 days are included with your purchase. After 30 days you may purchase an extended support agreement.
Q. What is included in the support agreement?
The support agreement includes telephone support and critical software updates to Dentellect. Major upgrades are available as new versions and sold separately.
Q. What if I don't buy the extended support agreement?
Software updates can be purchased with pricing based on the new features included in the update. Telephone support is available based on the time spent on the support call. Current rates are available upon request.
Q. How often is the software updated?
Our software is always being improved. Updates are released approximately twice a year depending on requests for new features, changes legislated by HIPAA, treatment code changes by governing bodies etc. Major upgrades are available as new versions and these are released approximately once every 2 years.
Q. Do you offer an evaluation period?
Yes, we will send you the fully functional version of Dentellect that allows you to use the software for 30 days. During that time we will be happy to provide training and support for free. If for any reason, you discontinue using Dentellect during the 30-day trial, you will pay absolutely nothing.
Q. If I purchase at the end of the 30-day trial, do I lose any of the patient data?
You will not lose any of your work. When you purchase, we supply a code that unlocks the program and you continue working as usual.
Q. How do I get started?
